Hip Hop is suitable for both active and calm people. Active people can throw out energy, and calm people can liberate themselves and open up on the dancefloor and in life.

Hip-hop is both a dance and a sport. It increases endurance, flexibility and coordination of movements, strengthens the muscle corset and improves posture.

This style of dancing has a number of advantages:

  •  This is a perfect opportunity to make friends and develop the skill of working in a team;

  • Training necessarily includes a dance part, a stretching block, strength and coordination exercises.
