Active children can throw out energy, and calm children can liberate themselves, open up on the dancefloor and in life.
Hip-hop is both a dance and a sport. It increases endurance, flexibility, coordination of movements, strengthens the muscle corset and improves posture.
This style of dancing has a number of advantages:
– helps to form the spine and back muscles;
– this is a perfect opportunity to make friends and develop the skill of working in a team;
– helps to start loving yourself and avoid the appearance of complexes, even in a difficult teenage period, our students feel confident!
Training necessarily includes a dance part, a stretching block, strength and coordination exercises.
Children of all ages and abilities are welcome.
